ue to anticipated system utilization, Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage (EGTS) has determined that daily and hourly flexibility will be very
limited. Excess daily and hourly takes will cause reduced pressures on the EGTS system and jeopardize EGTS’ ability to meet its firm
transportation service obligations.

ff
ective immediately, and until further notice, EGTS requests the following: Customers under EGTS’ transportation rate schedules should, to
the extent possible, deliver and receive natural gas on a uniform hourly flow basis during the day, or 1/24th of the scheduled confirmed
nominations for the applicable day. In addition, Power Plant Operators are reminded that they must continue to provide information required
by FERC Order No. 698, which includes the hourly consumption profile of power generation facilities served by EGTS. EGTS will continue to
review and approve the Order No. 698 burn profiles, according to the procedures distributed to each Agent / Power Generator and posted on
EGTS
