    remain out of service until further notice due to planned maintenance. Please continue to coordinate with

    your gathering system operator to determine if your production is required to be shut-in. Any such volumes that are not shut-in shall be

    treated as Unauthorized Gas pursuant to Section 29 of EGTS’ FERC Gas Tariff, and will be subject to confiscation in accordance with the Tariff.
