Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers the pipeline maintenance on Line SM-80 is complete. As a result, Ceredo West MA 19 (CEREWEST) has been reinstated to No Restriction effective Intraday-1 Cycle for Gas Day Friday, September 25, 2026.Additionally, TCO has disabled CEREWEST. Therefore, CEREWEST will no longer be viewable on the Internal Constraint Rights screen in TC eConnects, as well as the Operationally Available Capacity screen on Informational Postings.  Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions.  ***Previous Posting***Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers of upcoming maintenance on Line SM-80 Loop in West Virginia beginning Thursday, September 10, 2026, and continuing through September 26, 2026. During the maintenance, TCO will utilize the temporary internal constraint Ceredo West MA19 (CEREWEST), which has been enabled in TC eConnects (Notice ID 26196010).Based on forecasted operating conditions, TCO currently anticipates CEREWEST will be restricted to zero non-firm effective Timely Cycle for Thursday, Gas Day September 10, 2026, and continuing until further notice.TCO reminds customers it may become necessary to reduce the capacity through CEREWEST to a level as low as 1,400,000 Dth Total Capacity (zero non-firm). TCO encourages customers to reference the Daily Capacity Posting for the specific capacity through CEREWEST each day during the maintenance.Reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 38 of TCO’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”). However, TCO will only issue RCCs if TCO is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage. In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day average usage quantity less any scheduled quantities on the contract.Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions.***Previous Posting***Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers of upcoming pipeline maintenance on Line SM-80 in West Virginia scheduled to begin on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, through Saturday, September 26, 2026. During the maintenance, TCO will be utilizing the temporary internal constraint Ceredo West MA19 (CEREWEST).Due to the utilization of CEREWEST, TCO has configured the temporary constraint in TC eConnects. This will allow customers to view CEREWEST on the Internal Constraint Rights screen, as well as the Operationally Available Capacity screen on Informational Postings.Based on forecasted operating conditions during the maintenance, TCO does not currently anticipate any reduction to firm nominations through CEREWEST. However, based on operating conditions, including the logistics involved with the performance of work, it may become necessary to reduce the capacity through CEREWEST to a level as low as 1,400,000 Dth Total Capacity (zero non-firm).Customers are encouraged to monitor the Construction and Maintenance Schedule for any non-firm impacts and the Daily Capacity Posting for specific capacity settings each day of the outage.Reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 38 of TCO’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”). However, TCO will only issue RCCs if TCO is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage. In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day average usage quantity less any scheduled quantities on the contract.
