Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) hereby waives Section 4(c) of the FSS and FSS-M Rate Schedules requiring Shippers to withdraw a minimum of 10% of its Storage Contract Quantity (SCQ) for the months of February and March 2026. Shippers are reminded that Section 4(d), which requires shipper’s maximum storage inventory on April 1st not to exceed 25% of its SCQ, remains in effect at this time. Please contact your Customer Services Representative if you have questions.
