Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) has restricted non-firm capacity through various internal constraints on the system as a result of decreasing temperatures and increasing market demand. In previous winter seasons, TCO has recognized efforts to bypass these restrictions through simultaneous scheduling of injections and withdrawals to/from storage. In order to preserve the reliability of storage fields and maintain system integrity, TCO will monitor these types of nominations. Further restrictions, including customer specific Operational Flow Orders (OFO’s), may become necessary should this activity continue. Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions.
