Columbia Gulf Transmission, LLC (CGT) notifies customers the Force Majeure at Clementsville Compressor Station Unit 209 is hereby lifted. As a result, the backhaul capacity through ClemSEG has been reinstated to Total Capacity effective Intraday 1 Cycle for Gas Day April 27, 2026. Columbia Gulf Transmission, LLC (CGT) notifies customers of an unexpected and uncontrollable mechanical failure at Clementsville Compressor Station on Unit 209 in Kentucky that affects CGT’s ability to transport gas and could not be prevented or overcome by the due diligence of CGT. Therefore, pursuant to Section 15 of the General Terms and Conditions of CGT’s FERC Gas Tariff, CGT is declaring a Force Majeure effective Gas Day Thursday, April 23, 2026, and continuing until further notice.Based on current operating conditions, including the Good Luck Compressor Station maintenance (Notice ID: 25990410) which is currently scheduled through Gas Day Friday, April 24, 2026, the backhaul capacity through ClemSEG will be reduced to 2,150,000 Dth effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day Saturday, April 25, 2026.CGT reminds customers the anticipated dates and impact are subject to change based on operating conditions. CGT will provide updates as additional information becomes available.CGT anticipates this restriction may result in curtailments to Interruptible, Secondary Firm, and Primary Firm services. Please see the details provided below for more information:ClemSEG· Estimated Capacity Setting: 2,150,000 – 2,200,000 Dth· Design Capacity: 2,344,656 Dth· Posted Percentage: 92-94%CGT encourages customers to monitor the scheduled volumes on the Operationally Available Capacity screen on Informational Postings, as nominations can fluctuate based on market conditions.Reservation Charge Credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 40 of CGT’s FERC Gas Tariff (Tariff). By means of this notice, CGT is establishing the 7-day Average Usage Quantity to be the period of March 31 – April 6, 2026, pursuant to the provisions in the Tariff.Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions.
