Subject: Columbia Gulf Transmission, LLC (“Columbia Gulf”) Flexible Balancing PAL Open Season #2025-0318    Columbia Gulf is soliciting bids from interested parties for a monthly balancing service under its existing PAL Rate Schedule* (“PAL”) at CGT ML Pool (P20) under the following terms:  TERM:                                                                                       April 1, 2025– October 31, 2025** Maximum Total Parked/Loaned Inventory (MIQ):                           +/- 200,000 Dth***Maximum Daily Parked/Unparked Quantity:                                              20,000 DthMaximum Daily Loaned/Returned Quantity:                                              20,000 Dth      Location:                                                                                              CGT ML Pool (P20) *Please note PAL is an interruptible service **Shipper’s PAL Inventory must be zero by the end of term***PAL Inventory can be taken negative up to the MIQ  Columbia Gulf will receive bids beginning Tuesday March 18, 2025, at 09:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) through Tuesday March 25, 2025, 12:00 p.m. CT.  Columbia Gulf notes that the maximum applicable Recourse Rate for the capacity posted in this open season is the Total Effective Rate (maximum base tariff rate plus all applicable surcharges) for Rate Schedule PAL, as set for in the Tariff.  Additionally, this capacity is not subject to an existing ROFR. Participation in the Bidding Process – All bids submitted in this open season will be treated in a nondiscriminatory manner pursuant to the terms posted in this open season.  To participate in the bidding process, interested parties must send an email with bid terms to: capacityrequest@TCEnergy.comAll bids should refer to Open Season # 2025-0318 Columbia Gulf Flexible Balancing PAL  All bids should be submitted in the form of a monthly rate due Columbia Gulf.  To participate, all interested parties must have a fully executed MASTER PAL Agreement in place with Columbia Gulf. If you do not have a MASTER PAL Agreement in place and would like to participate in this open season, please contact the Columbia Gulf representatives below. A bid must contain all of the applicable information required by the Bid Form at the end of this posting.  Bidders must satisfy creditworthiness in accordance with Columbia Gulf’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”).  A potential shipper may submit multiple bids, each higher than its preceding bid, for all or any portion of the capacity or term of service made available by Columbia Gulf. If a bidder submits multiple bids, Columbia Gulf will consider only the last, highest bid submitted by bidder for the purpose of awarding this open season.Assessing Bids- Columbia Gulf reserves the right to reject any bids that do not conform to the terms listed herein.  Columbia Gulf reserves the right to reject any bid that is incomplete or includes conditions or provisions that Columbia Gulf determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be unacceptable.
