Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG)

February 19, 2026

Force Majeure – Segment 164 Update #5

The Force Majeure declared in Notice ID 122638 and last updated in Notice ID 122737, continues to be in effect until further notice. CIG has assessed the pipeline damage caused by the incident and is working  with the adjacent railroad on a mutually acceptable construction plan for pipe replacement.  The return to service date is currently projected to be no later than October 31, 2026.  

As previously posted in Notice 122643, sections of the 5A line are operating under pressure restrictions. Current operating capacity through Segment 164 (CHWC) is limited to:

 · 347,000 Dth in the TD1 direction

 · 235,000 Dth in the TD2 direction

CIG will provide updates as new information becomes available.
