Carolina Gas Transmission (CGT) will be doing the following pipeline work from October 1st, 2026, through October 31st, 2026.
Line Outages of the following pipe segments will involve controlled releases of natural gas. These outages are not expected to affect firm transportation, but may impact IT and secondary FT.
- Approximately 13 miles of 6" line between Stations 13-010 and 13-070 in Darlington County, SC was taken out of service January 11th 2023 and it's return to service date is unknown at this time.
- Approximately 6.5 miles of 12-inch and 10-inch pipeline between stations 26-250 and 26-290 in Dorchester County, South Carolina. The work began on September 28, 2026, and is expected to be completed by October 16, 2026.
Compressor Station maintenance activities at the following facilities may involve controlled releases of natural gas.
Scheduled maintenance will be performed at the Bethune Compressor Station in Kershaw County, South Carolina, commencing the week of October 19, 2026, and concluding by November 6, 2026. Under current operating conditions, no impacts to firm transportation service are anticipated. However, interruptible transportation (IT) and secondary firm transportation (FT) services may experience operational impacts during this period.
