    Superseding to update Notice End Date to May 28, 2026

    Superseding to clarify--total net withdrawal capacity will be reduced to 200,000 Dth/d.

    Boardwalk Storage Company, LLC (“BSC”) is performing unplanned maintenance that will impact
    capacity at Well 25. Due to this unplanned maintenance and based on current operational
    conditions, the total net withdrawal capacity will be reduced to 200,000 Dth/d (“Total
    Calculation”) for the duration of the maintenance, beginning Gas Day Cycle Id3, April 30, 2026,
    until further notice. Shippers should continue to monitor BSC’s Informational Postings Website
    and GasQuest Notifications for further updates.

    The following locations will not be included in the Total Calculation:

    23141 Dow Hydrocarbons Delivery (To Dow)
    23142 Dow Hydrocarbons Receipt (From Dow)
