Effective immediately, ANR is lifting the FMJ restrictions at the Patterson compressor station. As a result, capacities will be reinstated as follows:Patterson/Trunkline (LOC #40317): 94 MMcf/dPatterson to Col Gulf (LOC #43613): 143 MMcf/d Riverway (To Bridgeline) (LOC #42593): 170 MMcf/d Avalon (LOC #38295): 110 MMcf/d Shadyside/Sonat (Del) (LOC #10369): 481 MMcf/d Shadyside/TGP (Del) (LOC #467240): 473MMcf/d St. Landry/FL Int (LOC #322625): 99 MMcf/d Weeks ISLA/LIG PL (LOC #233620): 200 MMcf/d (Please refer to Notice #26143017)*Previous Posting*This is to notify all contracted parties of ANR Pipeline Company ("ANR") that pursuant to Section 6.7 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff, ANR has declared a Force Majeure event in effect for natural gas transactions in the Southeast Area at Patterson Compressor Station, located in St Mary Parish, Louisiana, due to an uncontrollable and unexpected equipment failure at Unit 1. As a result, capacity will be reduced as follows: 9/25 (Intraday) – No incremental volumes will be scheduled.9/26 – 10/4:Patterson/Trunkline (LOC #40317): 82 MMcf/d (leaving 12 MMcf/d)Patterson to Col Gulf (LOC #43613): 143 MMcf/d (leaving 0 MMcf/d)Riverway (To Bridgeline) (LOC #42593): 70 MMcf/d (leaving 100 MMcf/d)Avalon (LOC #38295): 85 MMcf/d (leaving 25 MMcf/d)Shadyside/Sonat (Del) (LOC #10369): 281 MMcf/d (leaving 200 MMcf/d)Shadyside/TGP (Del) (LOC #467240): 443 MMcf/d (leaving 30 MMcf/d)St. Landry/FL Int (LOC #322625): 39 MMcf/d (leaving 60 MMcf/d)Weeks ISLA/LIG PL (LOC #233620): 260 MMcf/d (leaving 50 MMcf/d) Any reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 6.36 of ANR’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”). However, ANR will only issue RCCs if ANR is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage. In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day Non-Force Majeure Average Usage Quantity, as defined in Section 6.36.2 of ANR’s Tariff, less any scheduled quantities on the contract. By means of this notice, ANR is establishing which specific Gas Days will be included when determining a shipper's 7-day Force Majeure Average Usage Quantity pursuant to Section 6.36.2(a) of the Tariff. Please direct any questions to your Account Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or the Nominations and Scheduling hotline @ 800-827-5267.
