    Since the last posting, the system has been restored and ICE is now available. ***Previous posting***TC Energy is currently experiencing issues preventing users from accessing ICE Measurement. Our support team is closely monitoring the situation and will share updates as more information becomes available.As an alternative for accessing measurement data, customers may use the following measurement screens in TC eConnects.
    • Location Vol/Qty
    • Meter Vol/Qty
    Instructions on how to retrieve measurement information are available on the TC eConnects EBB under the ANRPL Training link: Measurement on TC eConnects.These TC eConnects screens will remain the recommended source for measurement information until further notice.                       For questions, please contact your Account Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or the Nominations and Scheduling hotline at 800-827-5267.
