Since the last posting, ANR has added Barnitz Creek (LOC #513128) to the pipeline maintenance in the Southwest Area in Hansford and Wheeler Counties, Texas and Custer and Woodward Counties, Oklahoma. ANR anticipates this posting may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments. As a result, capacity will be reduced as follows: 7/13 – 7/24 EG Hill Northbound (LOC #FPEGHLNB): 19 MMcf/d (leaving 196 MMcf/d) Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows:0% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations 5% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ 7/13 – 7/24 Mooreland Northbound (LOC #FPMORLNB): 18 MMcf/d (leaving 188 MMcf/d) Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows: 0% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations 5% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ 7/13 – 7/24 Custer Northbound (LOC #FPCSTRNB): 4 MMcf/d (leaving 36 MMcf/d) Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows: 0% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations 0% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ 7/13 – 7/17 Red River Interconnect (LOC #185837): 125 MMcf/d (leaving 0 MMcf/d) Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows: 100% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations 100% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ 7/20 – 7/24 Kizer Creek (LOC #513106): 160 MMcf/d (leaving 0 MMcf/d) Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows: 100% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations 100% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ 7/20 – 7/24 Barnitz Creek (LOC #513128): 116 MMcf/d (leaving 0 MMcf/d) Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows: 100% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations 100% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ Any reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 6.36 of ANR’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”). However, ANR will only issue RCCs if ANR is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage. In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day Non-Force Majeure Average Usage Quantity, as defined in Section 6.36.2 of ANR’s Tariff, less any scheduled quantities on the contract.
