Effective immediately, ANR has completed the maintenance at the Eunice Compressor Station and has reinstated the capacities for all locations included in this posting. ***Previous Posting*** ANR has extended the maintenance at the Eunice compressor station in the Southeast Area. ANR anticipates this posting may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments. As a result, capacity will be reduced as follows: 3/10 – 4/15 (previously 3/13): Patterson/Trunkline (LOC #40317): 94 MMcf/d (leaving 0 MMcf/d)Patterson to Col Gulf (LOC #43613): 143 MMcf/d (leaving 0 MMcf/d)Riverway (To Bridgeline) (LOC #42593): 60 MMcf/d (leaving 110 MMcf/d)Avalon (LOC #38295): 85 MMcf/d (leaving 25 MMcf/d)Shadyside/Sonat (Del) (LOC #10369): 377 MMcf/d (leaving 110 MMcf/d)Shadyside/TGP (Del) (LOC #467240): 443 MMcf/d (leaving 30 MMcf/d)St. Landry/FL Int (LOC #322625): 55 MMcf/d (leaving 44 MMcf/d)Weeks ISLA/LIG PL (LOC #233620): 170 MMcf/d (leaving 140 MMcf/d) Any reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 6.36 of ANR’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”). However, ANR will only issue RCCs if ANR is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage. In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day Non-Force Majeure Average Usage Quantity, as defined in Section 6.36.2 of ANR’s Tariff, less any scheduled quantities on the contract. Please refer to critical notices for any additional capacity impacts.
