ANR Pipeline's New Transactional System - TC eConnects
We are pleased to announce that ANR Pipeline will be implementing TC eConnects, its new transactional system, effective Gas Day October 1, 2025. TC eConnects will replace the existing GEMS application and features modern technology enabling you to conduct daily transactions across both desktop and mobile platforms.
In anticipation of the system transition, a new Electronic Contracting Agreement ("ECA") for use of the Customer Activities Website is required. If a new ECA has not already been completed, please contact USEBBSecurity@tcenergy.com.
In preparation for this transition, we will offer comprehensive online training sessions on TC eConnects functionality. The complete training schedule will be announced in the coming weeks.
