PRELIMINARY ALERT FROM ALLIANCE US (FIRST STEP IN NOTICE SEQUENCE)
Alliance Pipeline L.P. (“Alliance US”) is issuing a preliminary Alert pursuant to Section 37.1 of the Tariff.
Further to Notice 14451, the ANR interconnection point on Alliance US will be operationally unavailable from June 22 to July1.
In order for Alliance US to continue its ability to have adequate Gas supply to deliver on demand, effective GD23 ID2. all Shippers are to ensure that they have balanced receipts to deliveries after confirmation from downstream transporters, including with respect to any interruptible wheeling service. Failure to do so may result in Alliance US issuing an Action Alert or an Operational Flow Order. Without limiting remedies available to Alliance, failure to comply with an Action Alert or an Operational Flow Order will result in shipper penalties pursuant to Section 37.10 of Alliance Pipeline LP FERC Gas Tariff.? Penalties will be calculated on a daily basis.
Alliance US will notify impacted parties as needed based on further developments regarding the pipeline.
