Notice Text:
Algonquin (AGT) has experienced an unplanned outage at its Stony Point, New York compressor station. Efforts to restore this compressor station to full capacity are underway. The capacity loss is anticipated to be approximately 700,000 Dth/d however, AGT anticipates that the station will be returned to service within the next 4-8 hours.
AGT anticipates taking into account a reduction of capacity for Gas Day December 9, 2025 beginning at the ID-1 cycle. AGT will post further updates to the status of the repairs and the anticipated capacity reduction as soon as it is known.
Over the next 24 hours, customers east of Stony Point compressor station will experience lower than historical pressures.
