RESULTS – PREARRANGED OPEN SEASON – NO. AG202609_OS002

Adelphia Gateway, LLC (“Adelphia”) held a Prearranged Open Season (“AG202609_OS002”) in accordance
with Section 26.6(f) of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 8:00
AM CPT on September 16, 2026, and ended at 5:00 PM CPT on September 22, 2026.

All final bids received in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Open Season were evaluated on
a Net Present Value basis using the factors included in the Open Season posting.


The winning bid is as follows:

Capacity Start Date: 11/01/2026
Capacity End Date: 3/31/2027
MDQ: 30,000 Dth/d
