    PHMSA MEGA RULE TEST–- ELIGIBLE PROJECT - CALUMET #3 LINE - PIPELINE MAINTENANCE – UPDATE 7

     

    The project end date has been extended as noted below.  See previous Notice ID 46390 dated October 15, 2025.

     

    In accordance with its FERC Gas Tariff and as posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X25-500943), Natural will be performing a hydrotest on its Calumet #3 Line in Will County, Illinois (Segment 33 of Natural's Iowa-Illinois Zone).  Natural is required to shut in certain locations during this restriction, as set forth below. This hydrotest is being performed pursuant to the PHMSA Mega Rule and, as set forth in its Tariff, is an Eligible Project (ID 8499) included on the Eligible Project List posted on Natural's internet website.  See Eligible Project ID, line name and location identified below (Exhibit F- Docket No. RP22-1222 Settlement).  This outage is subject to the provisions of Section 5.2 (c) (5) of the General Terms and Conditions of Natural's FERC Gas Tariff.

    As such, effective for gas day Wednesday, June 25, 2025, Timely Cycle, and continuing through gas day Wednesday, October 29, 2025 (previously Wednesday, October 22, 2025), the following locations will be unavailable for deliveries or receipts until the work has been completed.
