FORCE MAJEURE – GULF COAST MAINLINE SOUTH OF CS 341– PIPELINE REMEDIATION – PHASE 1 POSTPONED
Phase 1 has been postponed due to unforeseen additional permitting requirements. Therefore, effective for gas day Friday, October 17, 2025, Evening Cycle and continuing thereafter, all points listed below in Phase 1 are available to resume flow. All transport services are available. Currently, there are no changes to Phase 2 and the impact will remain as noted below. See previous Notice ID 46393 dated October 15, 2025.
As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X23-1238605 and X25-950254), as part of its ongoing pipeline Integrity Management Program and the results of an ILI tool run on Natural's GC #1 mainline south of Compressor Station 341 (CS 341) located in Segment 20 of the South Texas Zone, Natural has discovered anomalies at various locations that require pipeline remediation. This is a Force Majeure event.
As a result, Natural is required to shut in sections of the GC #1 mainline and shut in the following locations during this remediation. Transport services for receipt and deliveries at the locations listed below will be unavailable during this outage. No transport services will be available until the work has been completed. As noted below, the impact to Phase 1 has been changed.
