FORCE MAJEURE – OE #1 LINE – PIPELINE REMEDIATION
As previously posted on Natural's interactive website, entitled (Segment 5 – OE #1 Line (CS 156/184) – Pipeline Integrity, dated September 25, 2025) and on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X25-1166221), as a result of an ILI tool run conducted as part of Natural's ongoing Integrity Management Program, Natural has identified pipeline anomalies on its OE #1 line in Segment 5, west of Compressor Station 156 near Washita County, Oklahoma that requires immediate remediation. This is a Force Majeure event that will require Natural to temporarily take the affected line out of service and reduce the maximum operating pressures.
As a result, Natural is required to shut in a section of its OE #1 line impacting receipts flowing eastbound and westbound from Segment 5 and Segment 6. Therefore, effective for gas day Tuesday, October 7, 2025, Intraday 2 Cycle and for the remainder of this gas day, Natural will not allow any increased nominations at any of the receipt locations in Segments 5 and 6 listed below. Additionally, Natural will schedule to an Elapsed Prorated Scheduled Quantity (EPSQ) at all receipt locations listed below on Intraday 2 Cycle. During this restriction, any delivery points in Segments 5 and 6 will not be impacted, as well as storage withdrawals. Storage injections may be impacted.
Effective for gas day, Wednesday, October 8, 2025, Timely Cycle, and continuing until further notice, the receipt locations in Segment 5 listed below will be limited to zero (0) flow. Additionally, receipts in Segment 6 will be limited to a total receipt point capacity of 150,000 Dth/day, in aggregate, (subject to any other constraints) for the duration of this restriction. All transport services may be impacted.
